 2011 Season

 South East Cruising School has not been able to make the totally unreasonable requirements of the Irish Department of Transport Marine Survey Office Comm Sail Passenger Boat Regulations. Our boat, Stravaiger, is a perfectly good boat, designed well above the EU Recreational Craft Directives. The MSO surveyors and their boss are the real problem in this scenario and are effectively shutting down formal sail training in Ireland. See my Newsletter.
